You betcha! Thanks to David for having the courage to transform his experience into a Mad Pride Day movement. I work with kids who are often highly creative, energetic, and like to push boundaries. Sometimes sad, elated, grumpy and disagreeable. They don’t need meds, they need to explore their “playground of life.” Here’s to coloring out of the lines.

Thank you for your wise comments – only too true, and it’s scary to think we may be evolving into a “brave new world” where everyone takes “soma”. It would be a loss to the world if visionaries, such as David Oaks, or Hildegard Von Bingham for that matter, are lost to “medical normalicy”.
