I guess instead of hammerting the medical community for selling its soul by educating doctors in the ways of business, it might be reasonable to recognize, at the very start, that our patients will be better served when their insurance companies and hospitals are run by MDMBAs instead of MBAs.

Doctors are morons when it comes to managing money and organizations, and our lack of skill and training in these areas has resulted in the wholesale abandonment of our patients to the bean counters and entrepreneurs.
