Your latest Schlagbyte conjures up intense feelings of anger and hope.
Anger because someone of my age (50+) with limited education cannot risk their job by reporting a dishonest and fraudulent manager! Anger because you would assume I work for a large corporation, but I do not; I work for a non-profit organization in a small community where there are few jobs to pick from. Anger because I assumed that non-profit meant honesty and integrity among its people.
And my feelings of hope are for these young people who will not feel powerless to affect change. I will applaud first, their pursuit of education which will arm them with the power of knowledge and strengthened self-esteem; and second, their courage, to do the right thing. After all, they'll have nothing to lose - except themselves. I look forward to this next generation and hope they've learned from the greed of the previous.
