What a beautiful message. As grandfathers we ought to be more serious about being storytellers for our children's children. I cherish the time spent spent with my 5 grandchildren, whether it be a group or individually.

I was with my three grandsons on 9/11 and when the TV was showing the towers being destroyed. When they saw the tears in their grandfather's eyes, they asked what is the matter Grandpa? The only answer I could give was some people did a very bad thing. I then brought the two oldest to school and was with my youngest who was really to young to fully understand but somehow sense something was wrong and stayed close by me therest of the day. What a comfort he was.

I look forward to the day when we can sit down and talk about that day again.
