Hi doc,
I am a day late and a dollar short on this one but this is NOT the first Dead tour since Jerry's death nine years ago. Last summer The Dead toured with Joan Osborne singing Jerry's part and man did that sister howl!! Her versions of Peggy O and Franklin's Tower were profound. One of the best shows my wife & I have seen in years. Just had to give Joan credit for not only keeping up with Bob, Phil and the guys but for adding to their music in a very beautiful way.
