dear carl; when our mutual friend wally amos started sending me your sclagbytes and told me how to sign up, i thought is was very nice and have enjoyed them so very much over the years. once again you have hit the mark, i must tell you how timely and soothing and important your thoughts have become in my life.. your message today on labor day was incredible.. just last night i received a call from one of my dear friends children to tell me she was killed in a car crash... i cant stop crying or reflecting on our friendship and how i will miss her. your words of wisdom have helped solve a decision i will have to make when they schedule her memorial service. i am hoping i can get to san francisco for it but if it doesnt work i will savour some precious part of our friendship and feel the connection.. thanks so much for taking the time to give your friends and devotees your inner most thoughts and feelings.. sue z
