Yes, I agreelife has been presenting some challenges. For me, it has been with friends serious illnesses and deaths of their loved ones over the past couple of weeks. Much of what has helped me face these challenges and do what I need to do has had to do with my attitude. Much like Dr. Kubler-Ross, having a sense of humor helps tremendously and like her an empathy for how people are feeling through their challenges. I also have an awesome faith in God and I know my prayers help far more than any human act that I do.

I do need to find my equivalent to Swiss chocolate and "wait and eat it later."
