I don't always have/take the time to read every Shlagbyte. However, the title caught my attention. In the world of health care today, we are trying to build dreams for our patients, the health care systems for which we work as well as for ourselves. In addition, I have 3 children, all adults, in various stages of their dream journey. The one thing that I notice is how hard it is to talk about those personal dreams sometimes for fear of failure, being laughed at or whatever. The very last sentence of your Shlagbyte, "Dreams shared allow dreams to be delivered" profoundly says what I try to encourage others to do, so much that I am going to use it every opportunity I can. Continue with the Schlagbytes, they really touch the soul more than you know.
