First of all I would like to say that I like your tie dyed - Greatful Dead tee shirt.

It is very important to our well being to "face life's journey by facing our fear without interuption", however, some of us are, at this moment unable to to do this important exercise.

I am going to take time this weekend to read the book I recently purchased written by you and perhaps next month I will be in a better place and hopefully to live life.

P.S. when we walk in the woods or go to the ocean I do not turn on my cell phone!!
