I have one of those splendid balls - tho I played "Russia" (it's a girlie thing : ] )and handball with mine!

A few years ago, I was reminiscing about this ball with an associate - during a reminiscence training I was providing at a conference in Texas. No one in the room knew of this lovely ball or the fun we had with it. My friend - who grew up in the north east as I did, knew the ball well.

Some months later, I received a small box in the mail from this dear person. Opening it, I found a brand new ball! She'd been on a trip up north and found it for me! "Spalding" scrawled across it. (?Different company? - Who cares? Same bounce, sound & feel!)

In the way of the angels - it was "coincidentally" my birthday when it arrived!
