I read your message starting at the last paragraph and working my way up to the first paragraph. Your thoughts seem correct and true read from both directions ( this is not true if you read from right to left)

It is very sad when those who can not afford the cost of medical drugs and services are charged the highest prices, This is true because the poor have no barganing or buying power. I gues what my father told me is true, if you you are in need no one helps but if you do not need everyone fights for the priviledge to help.
