The real significance of Jerry Conover's gift, is that he made the choice to give up his check, not the government. I'm not optomistic that our pin-headed "leaders" in Washington will not decide who needs the check

Social Security is also money that we could have used earlier in our lives, stolen with no fiduciary resonsibility from it's caretakers. Any citizen trying to make money this way would be thrown in jail for promoting a Ponzi scheme.

Congratulations. I hope to be able to do the same thing as Jerry.
