Hi Don:
A third party doesn't need to set the stage for inspiration. Individuals can always find ways to see beyond their limitations, if they create a context that separates them from ordinary ways of seeing. Some people do it by meditating, practicing Yoga, prayer, ecstatic dance, drumming, self-hypnosis, walking in the woods, watching shootin stars, you get the idea.



: Thanks for getting more specific. Techniques mentioned seemed dependent upon a 3rd party. Any techniques that can be self administered that have been studied to show good effectiveness??
