I wholeheartedly agree with your views Dr. Hammerschlag. It's a problem of pandemic proportions in the U.S. and very few people are willing to speak out against it. As a society, we've decided that we don't need to take responsibility for our actions and we can always find someone at which to point the finger of blame. If you step on the rake, don't blame the manufacturer for not warning you about the dangers of doing so. It's well past time that we, as a society, get back to some basics and take responsibility for our actions. Time to stop looking to file a lawsuit because you did something stupid. Think before you act; look before you leap.
